基于以上背景，并借asi ( authenticatedstudentinformation )学生信任信息体系建立之契机，在本文中有针对的设计了一套符合教育行政管理模式的pki安全认证系统，完成了核心环节“学校证书申请”部分的体系设计与系统开发。其中主要包括建立包含学校与学校主管单位信息双重主体的证书申请设计模型，解决学校在线证书申请的身份审核问题，并在浏览器服务器模式( browse server模式)下予以实现；借助教育部校园卡标准化研究所在智能卡技术方面的优势，设计与开发了本系统中基于windows平台的智能卡通用服务组件，以实现智能卡服务与上层应用系统完全独立，应用系统通过相同的接口调用完成与不同卡和读卡设备的交互工作，从而简化与扩展了智能卡相关功能服务等。
